This is Harare International Conference Centre 17km from Harare Airport and 1km from the centre of town. The Centre is adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. HICC is the largest and most sophisticated conference facility in Southern Africa with a seating capacity of 4500 its now also known as The Command Center which is housing the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission - The ZEC is holding up the election results that MDC has clearly won, no one I repeat no one with his or her head intact voted Mugabe. Mutambara, Makoni,extensions of Zanu PF and a bunch of opportunists were also equally dumped by the Zimbabwean electorate.
